Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team while working remotely
  • Handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision
  • Handle administrative tasks such as answering emails, schedule meetings, provide support to anyone in the team as applicable
  • Provide excellent customer service as first point of contact
  • Create and review customer spreadsheets and keep online records accurate and updated
  • Conduct market research as necessary and provide results to Management

Required Skills

  • Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Wide range of computer skills and are proficient with commonly used software programs
  • Ability to do multi-tasking to cope with various tasks at hand


  • Graduate of any Business Course or its equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience of working in the same capacity or relevant position as Executive Assistant and the like
  • Significant experience with current technologies٫ like desktop sharing٫ cloud services, and VoIP
  • Good practical experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets٫ particularly MS Office
  • Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling٫ particularly Google Calendar
