Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our database, producing internal management reports, and providing actionable insights using Excel and Power BI.  

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization, and the ability to communicate findings effectively. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Data Maintenance
    • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data in the database. 
    • Perform regular data validation and cleansing activities.
    • Monitor data integrity and perform routine audits to detect and correct errors. 
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Generate internal management reports on a regular basis. 
    • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
    • Prepare ad-hoc reports as required by management. 
  • Data Visualization
    • Create and maintain dashboards and visual reports using Power BI. 
    • Develop visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
    • Ensure that data visualizations are accurate, clear, and actionable. 
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and requirements. 
    • Provide training and support to team members on data-related tools and techniques. 
    • Present findings and insights to management and other stakeholders. 

Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation. 
  • Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) and data warehousing concepts. 
  • Familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.

    Job Summary

    This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing our software applications, including updating report formats, managing data processes, handling user administration, and responding to support requests of our users. 

    This role ensures the smooth operation and efficiency of business-critical applications and provides technical support to end-users. 

    Main Responsibilities

    • Report Maintenance
      • Create, update and maintain user and internal business reports and documents in the application. 
      • Ensure reports are accurate, up-to-date, and effectively communicating data insights in line with user requirements.
    • Process Optimization
      • Design and Optimize data scrapes and automation workflows using Power Automate and similar application to maximise business workflow efficiency through PDF parsing. 
      • Design and implement other automation processes using automation and AI applications and tools.
    • User Administration
      • Manage user accounts, including adding and removing users and assigning appropriate access levels. 
      • Ensure user permissions are correctly configured and regularly reviewed. 
    • Technical Support
      • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to the software applications. 
      • Troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems in a timely manner. 
    • Documentation and Training
      • Create and maintain documentation for application processes, report formats, and user guides. 
      • Provide training to users on application features and best practices. 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). 
    • Experience Robotic Process Automation (RBA) tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and UiPath. 
    • Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) and data warehousing concepts. 
    • Familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.

The Energy Broker will be responsible for responding to inbound leads, processing these leads through our CRM system, compiling tailored sales proposals, and communicating with prospects via email and telephone to close deals.         Objectives of Role

        • The role is responsible for ensuring the quality of the software developed for Energin and its partners 
        • You will work with the development team and business stakeholders to define the system requirement and establish the test plan to make sure defects are detected and fixed in accordance to agreed times and schedules

        Main Responsibilities

        • Interface with clients or business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements 
        • Develop detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases, scripts and other testing scenarios base on the requirements
        • Estimates, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
        • Prepare and manage test environments
        • Execute tests
        • Document test results
        • Communicates test results with the development team
        • Analyze the test results and assists the development team in providing solutions to issues
        • Conduct defects management by determining the severity and priority of the defects 
        • Track the progress of defects
        • Investigates the causes of defects and recommend solutions to prevent the issue from recurring
